Home Lively ships throughout the national territory. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms below.

📦 1. Order Processing

After payment confirmation, the order is picked and prepared for shipment.

⏳ Processing time: 1 to 3 business days

This period includes order verification, packaging and label generation.

🚚 2. Delivery Timeframe

Shipments are handled by partner carriers, selected according to the best logistical option at the time of dispatch.

📍 Estimated average delivery time (nationwide):
3 to 10 business days, which may vary depending on location, carrier volume and operational conditions.

Factors that may affect delivery time include:

  • High-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)

  • Hard-to-reach regions

  • Transport disruptions, weather conditions, or local restrictions

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

🔍 3. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking code by email to follow the shipment.

📩 The tracking code will be sent to the email provided at checkout.
⏳ Tracking may take up to 48 business hours to begin showing information.

📬 4. Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility

The carrier may attempt delivery one or more times. Delivery may fail if:

  • The address provided is incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible

  • There is no one available to receive the package

  • The package is not picked up at a collection point when required

If the package is returned to sender due to the customer's failure in these situations, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

In rare cases some locations may not be serviceable. If that occurs, the customer may choose to:
